Why wouldn't I just hire locally?
For some roles you absolutely should — anything that genuinely needs to be on-site or hands-on. Every placement is covered by the Lifetime Replacement Guarantee. If your offsider resigns, is terminated, can't work for an extended period or fails a documented performance improvement process, we recruit, certify and onboard a replacement at no additional cost, in line with the Trading Terms.
